Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the product:
- Items shipped from US warehouses: 2-5 business days
- Items shipped from overseas warehouses: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5.99 per order, calculated at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@islandpink.co — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbours or household members
2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@islandpink.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@islandpink.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
